Caroline County Schools Strategic Plan (2022)

Strategic Planning Development and Performance Measurement for 5-year Strategic Plan (2021-2022), Caroline County Public Schools, VA. Gaston-Shaffer worked with Caroline County Public Schools to update their strategic plan for the next five years. SEG led a comprehensive community consultation process, which included surveys of students, district staff, and community members, and focus group discussions with identified stakeholders, including middle and high school students, parents, teachers, district administration, and business and community leaders. Gaston-Shaffer then facilitated strategic planning with a steering committee representative of the community and informed by data collected through community consultation. The final five-year strategic plan presented updated mission, vision, values, goals, strategies, and performance metrics for this Virginia school district.
